Formal Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility concern, you may escalate your complaint through the following process:
- Submit your concern in writing to drelino@hotmail.com with the subject line Accessibility Complaint
- Include a description of the issue, the page or feature affected, and any steps you have already taken
- We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days and provide a substantive response within 15 business days
- If the matter remains unresolved, we will work with you to identify an appropriate path to resolution
Third-Party Content
Our platform may include content or tools provided by third parties. While we strive to select and integrate third-party services that meet accessibility standards, we cannot guarantee the accessibility of all external content. Where possible, we provide accessible alternatives or supplementary materials.
