Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using any part of the Drelino platform. By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
1. Definitions
Throughout these Terms of Use, the following definitions apply:
- Platform refers to the Drelino website, webinar services, and all related digital tools operated at Drelino.com.
- User refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise uses the Platform.
- Account refers to the registered profile created by a User to access restricted features of the Platform.
- Content refers to any text, video, audio, images, materials, or other information made available through the Platform.
- Services refers to all features, tools, and functionalities provided through the Platform, including live webinars, recordings, and interactive communication tools.
- We, Us, Our refers to Drelino and its operators.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an Account, registering for a webinar, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you enter into a binding agreement with Drelino under these Terms of Use. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of any updates or revisions to these terms.
If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation or third party, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an Account or use the Platform independently. Users between the ages of 13 and 17 may access the Platform only with verifiable parental or guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. Account Registration and Security
4.1 Registration
Certain features of the Platform require you to create an Account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information at all times.
4.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share your password or allow any third party to access your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility, whether or not authorised by you.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify us immediately at drelino@hotmail.com. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.
4.3 Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at our discretion, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that a User has violated these Terms of Use, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the Platform or other Users.
5. Use of the Platform
5.1 Permitted Use
You may use the Platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms of Use. Access to the Platform is granted for the purpose of participating in home gymnastics training webinars, accessing educational materials, and engaging with instructors and other participants in good faith.
5.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any Content without prior written authorisation from Drelino.
- Recording, downloading, or capturing live or on-demand webinar sessions without explicit permission.
- Uploading, transmitting, or sharing any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or connected systems.
- Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to extract data from the Platform.
- Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or organisation.
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Platform or its infrastructure.
- Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or intimidation directed at other Users or Platform staff.
- Using the Platform for any commercial solicitation, advertising, or promotional activity without our consent.
5.3 Interactive Features
The Platform may include chat functions, Q&A tools, polls, and other interactive features during live webinars. When using these features, you agree to communicate respectfully and constructively. We reserve the right to remove any message or contribution that violates these terms or disrupts the learning environment.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership
All Content available on the Platform, including but not limited to webinar recordings, course materials, graphics, logos, text, and software, is owned by or licensed to Drelino. These materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6.2 Limited Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for your personal educational purposes. This licence does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, reproduce, or create derivative works from any Content.
6.3 User Submissions
If you submit, post, or share any content through the Platform, including questions, comments, or feedback, you grant Drelino a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Platform. You represent that you have the right to grant this licence and that your submission does not infringe any third-party rights.
7. Payments and Refunds
7.1 Fees
Access to certain webinars or features may require payment of applicable fees. All fees are displayed in the relevant currency at the time of purchase. By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the stated amount using your selected payment method.
7.2 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and depends on the nature of the service purchased. Requests for refunds must be submitted to drelino@hotmail.com within the timeframe specified at the point of purchase. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the stated criteria.
7.3 Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing for any service at any time. Changes to pricing will not affect purchases already completed prior to the effective date of the change.
8. Third-Party Links and Services
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Content provided through the Platform, including all home gymnastics training materials, is intended for general educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional medical, physiotherapy, or health advice. You should consult a qualified health professional before beginning any physical training programme, particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition or injury.
9.2 Platform Availability
We strive to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any inconvenience or loss arising from service interruptions.
9.3 Accuracy of Content
While we make reasonable efforts to ensure that Content is accurate and up to date, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of any Content for any particular purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Drelino and its operators, employees, instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform or its Content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Drelino in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Drelino and its operators, employees, instructors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. 14. Termination

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms of Use that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability.
